These Terms of Service govern your use of the NewTight Equipment Pvt. Ltd. website and your engagement of our bolting, tensioning, cold cutting and flange facing services. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

Scope of work, pricing, crew size and timelines for any project are confirmed in writing (quotation or work order) before mobilisation. Website content is descriptive and does not itself constitute a binding quotation.

2. Quotes & Requests

Submitting the contact or quote form does not create a contractual obligation on either party. A project is confirmed only once both parties agree to written scope, schedule and commercial terms.

3. Site Safety & Access

• Clients are responsible for providing safe site access, required permits and accurate joint/asset information ahead of mobilisation.
• NewTight technicians follow site-specific HSE requirements in addition to our own safety procedures.

4. Liability

NewTight Equipment Pvt. Ltd. carries out work to the documented specification agreed with the client. Liability for any project is governed by the terms of the applicable work order or contract, not by this website.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and the NewTight name and mark, is the property of NewTight Equipment Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
